The goal of this project was to rework the client's entire website to be modern and accessible, including improving the copy and navigation. The graphic design work was done by a graphic designer, and the copy work was written by me.
- Improved website copy by making the copy sound more actionable and powerful
- Improved CTA locations and added more where necessary
- Broke up the content so that it's easily digestible, while still conveying important information
This is an example of one of the product pages of the website, for EHS Audit software.
This project is a comparison page that aims to do two things: first, showcase why the healthcare company's messaging app is better than the heavily-used consumer solution, WhatsApp, and second, demonstrate why a healthcare-specific messaging app is necessary.
The documents below outlines my copywriting process from content map to copy for two different clients. Typically, I will create the content map first, which gets sent to the client for approval, and then copywriting starts.
